Oasis Managing Oasis Miles

IMPORTANT: For us to correctly credit your account with your well deserved Oasis Miles, you must tell us your membership number whenever booking a flight, and show your membership card when checking in. Login with your membership number and password to proceed with your online ticket issuance which will also ensure the auto crediting of your miles.

Registration of miles

Our tracking system automatically records the flights you have taken over the day, and credits you with the Oasis Miles earned.

Missing credits

In the unlikely event, that your Kuwait Airways flight is not credited in your statement, Login to your account and click on Activities -> Claim missing Miles and submit the request and we will see what we can do to help. (validity of the ticket up to 6 months)

In case you are unable then contact the Oasis Club team by email at oasisclub@kuwaitairways.com to update your miles.

You can help us verify your claim and expedite the process by providing the following:

Your full name
Your Oasis Club membership number
Tickets and boarding pass as proof of travel (clear photocopies are acceptable). validity of the ticket up to 6 months
